Order Changes & Cancellations

Canceling Your Order
We take great care to ensure your order is of the highest quality and securely packaged. If you need to cancel, you may do so within 15 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 15 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.

Order Delays
If your order is delayed, please contact us at sales@colorbright10.com. We’ll provide an update on your shipment status as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Adding Items to an Existing Order
Once an order is placed, additional products cannot be added. To purchase more items, please place a new order.

Removing Items from an Order
You cannot remove items from an existing order. However, unwanted products can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Changing the Delivery Address
For security reasons, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

Incorrect Address or Misplaced Packages
Ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for misplaced packages or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Shipping Charges (U.S. Orders)

• $7.00 shipping fee applies to orders under $75.

• Free shipping is available for all orders above $75.

International Orders
Shipping fees and customs duties vary by destination country. Customers are responsible for paying applicable international shipping charges and customs duties as required by their local authorities.
